You must be a Bucks County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, Chester County, Philadelphia, Berks County, Lehigh or Northampton resident.

All Entrants Must Be An Adult Age 18 or Older.

If we find, accidentally, that there is more than one entry from the same home, one member of that family will be disqualified in order to allow for another family to enter.

The following people and their immediate family members are NOT eligible to enter: Keller Williams Real Estate – Montgomeryville: Agents, Employees, Affiliates; and Any Sponsor. We want to keep this completely fair to area residents.
